Toolkit

Secret Student

Resources:
Rewards – stickers, house points, postcards

How It Works:
Pick a child to be your secret student. Shhhhh! Don’t tell anybody as it remains secret.

Establish the success criteria for the lesson with the student. Explain that you will be watching very carefully to see who meets the success criteria. If the person who is the secret student manages to achieve this challenge then all students in the class receive a reward.

If they do not meet the criteria, then the student remains a secret.

Variations:
You could include Behaviour for Learning or SEAL success criteria too.
