Character Crowd Source

Resources:

What to do:

Use the crowd outline to carry out a number of tasks which involve gathering the opinions of others in the class. Each outlined body represents a body in the classroom.

This can be used as a quick DO NOW ACTIVITY,  a starter/introducing a topic of as a plenary/progress check.

Idea by @HeadofEnglish
Variations:

Use the crowd outline to
  • Represent different characters in books
  • Make connections between important people/jobs/hobbies etc
  • A tutor group display
  • Facts about key people
