Toolkit

Independent Targets

Resources:

See Proforma- Click Here–

How it works/Variations:

This proforma encourages KS4/5 to become more independent of their learning and encourages students to take an active role of their progress.

To begin the teacher could facilitate initial targets that relate to the students class work, coursework requirements, make links with learning outside the classroom/ homework and as a revision tool.

Then students take an active role in their own learning.

This proforma can be stuck into books or placed with subjects own coursework/exam booklets. Teachers should allocate a time slot for students to reflect and use this strategy.
