Positive Passwords

Resources:

Click here or a post about this from @TeamTait from a book called The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin.

What to do:

We all use passwords. We all have to type these passwords in daily across many websites and computers.

This idea is simple, but yet brilliant! Change your passwords to a key theme/key message/positive idea that relates to your aim/objectives for a week.

Change this weekly to prompt you of your inspiration for the week?

Variations:

Set the password reminders as reflective questions linking to your aims?
