How It Works:

To support independent learning, get students to follow the “Three Before Me” rule. If they are stuck, encourage them to use their BRAINS first. (Or a partners Brain?) If this does not work, consult their BOOKS. If this does not work, ask a BUDDY.

And finally, if all else fails ask the BOSS – the teacher or other adult!
