‘Offline’ learning!

Resources: Various different resources needed.

What to do:

I wanted to collate a few suggestions on what our young people can do at home without the requirement of lots of technology…

  • Reading– give students the chance to borrow some books from the library, your collection too maybe.
  • Vocabulary worksheets– grids for students to look up words, draw an image to represent it, synonyms of the word and the word in a sentence.
  • Knowledge Organiser retrieval tasks
  • Revision Sheets- giving students a pre-populated template to help guide their revision
  • Diary Log tasks- Creative writing tasks
  • Environmental action- statistics work/logging/recording
  • Community Service

Remember to supply enough paper/stationary to anything that is expected above what the students should/may have at home!
